Happy Six Months Amelia

Wow how six months have flown by. I went from having this tiny little newborn to having a six month old who is sooo active. I would not change a single thing about it though. It is so fun to watch her grow and do more and more things. She is a little mover. A roly-poly. She loves to roll all over the place and can crawl, backwards. I think she tries to find spots not meant for her to go and then back in them so we cannot see her. She is still in a few 0-3 month clothes, mainly just the pants though, and they are beginning to be too short on her too. She is a jibber-jabber queen and loves to smack her lips and make kissing noises. She also loves to stick out her tongue.

She is finally starting to get a little more hair on her head but it is pretty blonde so it is hard to see. Her baby blues get me every time. She likes to try anything we are eating, I mean anything, and has yet to dislike anything. She just stares at us while we eat until we feel bad a give her a taste.

Dear Amelia,

You have no idea how happy you have made mommy and daddy. Everyday with you is a new adventure. We never knew that we could feel so much love for anyone until you. Sometimes I look at you and cry because I am so happy and so lucky to have you in my life. We wanted you so bad for so long, and now that you are here and with us we know exactly why. You are the perfect piece to our puzzle and there is no hand that fits better in our hands then yours. You are everything we could have dreamed of and so much more. Almost on a daily basis one of us say to the other, how did we get so lucky!?!?! You are beautiful and bubbly inside and out. We love you with all our hearts.
