First Doctor's Appointment
Well we had our first doctor's appointment today and everything went great. I peed in a cup to confirm being pregnant, got weighed in, did some not so lovely tests, had a ultrasound done, and got blood work done. The ultrasound showed that our previous due date was a little off and now our due date is September 3rd. I feel like we just went backward but there's nothing we can do about it and as long as the baby is okay I don't care. The baby's heartbeat was 161 beats per minute! It is so crazy to think that it is that fast. It was awesome and we celebrated by going out to eat to Red Lobster, yum! Here is a picture of the baby! Click on the picture to see it bigger!

isn't it just the most amazing feeling in the world seeing that baby on the monitor?!?! super exciting!!
ReplyDeletedon't think september is too bad. just think he/she will be the oldest in their class now instead of the youngest. i am hoping to hold out until september just for that reason. lol.
That was my main plus with September because I was one of the younger ones in my class, that and August birthstone just isn't that pretty lol!
